Philosophy of the tmGROUP Companies

The primary objective of the companies in the tmGROUP is to fulfil the expectations of all business partners (customers, suppliers, financial institutions, and the authorities) in a rigorous, purposeful, and goal-oriented manner, with reliable adherence to deadlines and quality, thus ensuring maximum satisfaction of all business partners in the long term.

With the central functions consolidated in tm Verwaltungs GmbH as the holding company and a simultaneously high degree of defined independence of the separate companies, all business partners can work with a group of companies which react flexibly, have a medium-sized ethos, are owner-operated, and oriented towards the long-term.

The tmGROUP considers the satisfaction of all business partners as the basic condition for achieving and sustainably maintaining competitive and leading market positions.

The tm Verwaltungs GmbH, as holding company, takes care of the following central functions and responsibilities to create synergy effects:

• Sales and marketing
• Central purchasing of material and subcontracting / third-party services
• Financial management, human resource management, basic and advanced training
• Corporate planning and controlling.

Notwithstanding this centralised responsibility, the companies in the tmGROUP retain a high degree of direct responsibility. This particularly applies to the following functions:

• Production planning and project management
• Order management and manufacture
• Product and process quality control
• Maintenance.

The total of over 380 experienced and qualified employees who now work at the sites in Dessau-Roßlau (since 2000) and Schönebeck/Elbe (since 2006), the modern manufacturing facilities, and our constant growth are the success resulting from partnerships with our business partners, whom we greatly thank for this.
